These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Broad Street mobile application and related services (the "App"). The App is owned and operated by BROADSTREETAPP LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("Broad Street," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Broad Street lets you scan trading cards, identify them, organize a collection, and view estimated market values and market data. The App relies on third-party data for identification and pricing.
All prices, values, gains, "top movers," and market data in the App are estimates for informational purposes only. They are not appraisals, offers, or guarantees, and they are not financial, investment, or trading advice. Card values are volatile and estimates may be inaccurate or out of date. You are solely responsible for any buying, selling, or other decisions you make. Broad Street is not a broker, dealer, or financial advisor.
Card identification, catalog images, and pricing are provided "as is" and are sourced in part from third parties (including Card Hedge). We do not warrant that identifications, prices, or any other data are accurate, complete, or current.
You agree not to: use the App for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data; scrape, reverse engineer, or overload the service; resell or redistribute the App's data or functionality; or upload content you do not have the right to use.
The App, its design, and its original content are owned by Broad Street and protected by law. Card names, images, logos, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners. Broad Street is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any card manufacturer, sports league, players' association, or grading company. Card catalog images are provided via third-party data sources for identification and reference.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broad Street will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or value, arising out of or related to your use of the App — including any decisions made based on estimated card values. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us in the past twelve months or twenty U.S. dollars ($20).
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or to protect the service. You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time.
From time to time we run giveaways, sweepstakes, or referral promotions ("Giveaways"). Entry is always free — the App is free, and no purchase or payment is ever required to enter or win. The specific entry requirements, prizes, start and end dates, and number of winners for each Giveaway are stated when that Giveaway is announced (in the App or on our social channels), and those announcements are part of these terms.
Referral entries. When a Giveaway awards entries for referrals, a referral counts only after the invited person (a) creates their own Broad Street account using your invite code within 14 days of joining, and (b) adds at least one card to their collection (a "qualified referral"). Unless a Giveaway's announcement says otherwise, bonus entries from referrals are capped at 10 per person per Giveaway. Referral codes keep working past the cap — the cap limits bonus entries, not invitations.
Fair play and disqualification. One account per person. We may, at our sole discretion, disqualify entries or participants and void referral credits where we see evidence of manipulation — including fake, duplicate, or automated accounts; alias or disposable email schemes; self-referrals; or any other attempt to game entry counts. Disqualification decisions are final.
Eligibility and winners. Unless stated otherwise, Giveaways are open to residents of the United States who are 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live), and are void where prohibited. Winners are selected at random from eligible entries unless the announcement describes a different method, and are notified by email or in-App notification. A winner who does not respond within 7 days may be replaced by a redrawn winner. Prizes are as described, with no cash substitution, though we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value; any taxes are the winner's responsibility.
Update — August 23, 2026 (current giveaway). For the Mega Charizard X ex giveaway ending August 31, 2026: the qualification goal is lowered from 10 to 5 qualified referrals, effective immediately. This change applies automatically to every entrant — progress already made carries over, and no one's position is made worse. This giveaway is also guaranteed to award its prize: if no entrant reaches 5 qualified referrals by the end date, the entrant with the most qualified referrals (minimum one) wins, and any tie is broken by a random drawing among the tied entrants.
Update — August 30, 2026 (end date extended). The end date of the Mega Charizard X ex giveaway is extended from August 31, 2026 to September 6, 2026, 11:59 PM ET. Nothing else changes: all entries and referral progress carry over, the lowered goal of 5 qualified referrals stands, and the guaranteed-award rule above still applies. The winner is drawn and notified after September 6, 2026.
Sponsor. Giveaways are sponsored by BROADSTREETAPP LLC, New Jersey, USA, and are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple, Google, TikTok, Instagram, Reddit, or any other platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
